How can you help me with the content?
Right from content planning to strategy-making and content writing, we can assist you at every step. It’s up to you to decide how you want to involve us in the content creation process.
It would be great if you can brief us on your modus operandi for a project?
Upon receiving the project, we schedule a call with the client to know the expectations. Moreover, we try to find out the ultimate aim that you want to attain, and then we plan accordingly.
Can we know the niches where you can assist us?
We have a team of adept writers from different backgrounds and can serve you with the content on diverse subjects, including digital marketing, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, hospitality, travel and many more.
How do we know about the quality of the work? Do you provide a free sample?
We feel a sample is your right. You can judge the quality of the content through the same. And for that purpose, we provide the links to published content to you. However, in case you need a customized sample on the topic of your choice, it will be charged.
What are your content writing charges and payment terms?
Our charges depend on the requirement, and we would be pleased to discuss the same on a one-to-one basis, taking into consideration the exact needs. Talking about payment terms, we take 50% of the estimated invoice amount in advance and rest upon the completion.
My content needs are recurring and could be diverse too. How can we proceed?
We are well-equipped to take charge of your requirements, whether big or small. So, feel free to discuss. For the clients having recurring needs and wish to have a long-term relationship with us, we can have a contract. Else, we can work on the project basis too.
What is the TAT for the content of up to 1500 words?
The turnaround time for up to 1500-1700 words is a minimum 3 business days, starting from the time we receive the advance payment.
What about the copyright of the content you provide to us?
The copyright of the content will be transferred to you once we receive complete payment for the project.
Do you charge extra for the revision(s)?
Any revision due to client’s mind change is charged additionally. The intent is to keep the process smooth.
Can we talk to the writer working on our project?
Sorry! As this could lead to mismanagement on our part and can delay your project as well. But you need not worry; we have an expert writer as a project manager to take care of the client’s requirements.
